Women's fashion tights are just fun – and not only for winter.
They come in so many different fashion patterns and colours that one can have a different colour or style to compliment any wardrobe. Whether you choose solid, printed, or textured tights, you can be sure of one thing-that they will always be eye catching.
Solid tights
Solid fashion tights are worn with everything; just choose your colour and you're there. They are perfect for the office or casual wear, and when they are made from thicker fabrics such as flannel or cotton you can be fashionable in a dress even when it's very chilly outside. Solid tights are the height of women's fashion right now for the colder months, cotton ones worn with a skirt or under slacks are warm and comfy.
When spring and summer come around, choose silk or rayon women's tights instead of thicker pantyhose. They breathe and are cool but are much more durable than the thinner fashion hosiery, which is the main drawback of cheap fashion tights which easily run and have to be thrown out frequently. On thin materials there is no real way to mend them if the run is where it will show. Fashion tights from a robust fabric, on the other hand, can be stitched together at the run just like socks.
Textured tights
Textured fashion tights are for going out on the town. These designs can run from the very elegant (such as black silk) - to the extreme (such as diamond studded or rich colourful tartan!). One hint about textured or print women's tights- wear plain coloured shoes with them. A leopard pattern tight worn with black high heels will look much better than with print shoes. These items add a hint of fashion and flair to your fashion wardrobe where the regular pantyhose leaves off. They are for winter or summer months, but the thicker fabrics may be too hot for evening wear unless you like wearing wool or a heavy cotton on the dance floor. You can even purchase full length tights (think leotard or catsuit), which are more like a women's fashion long sleeve body suit, and not have to wear much else to get the looks.
