It's true, women do love to shop for shoes, but they also like to have several styles of fashion boots in their closet. Casual and dress boots have women’s fashion designers running back to the drawing board for each season, so let's look at the timeless classics:
Dress boots
The women's dress boot can also serve as a good casual fashion boot if you know how to shop. Women's ankle boots are quite popular most years, are unlikely to go out of fashion, and can be worn with all women's fashions from jeans to skirts. Along with being a sturdy boot, women's winter dress boots will help prevent skidding on the ice if you get rubber soles – these have great traction. The women's snow boot is calf high, and keeps deep drifts and splashing puddles away from soaking your feet. Women's timberline boots come in various heights and is one of the more reasonably priced fashion boots on the market.
Cowboy boots
The women's cowboy boot is good for wearing with both jeans and skirts for a fashion night on the town. This women's western boot has been around in various women's fashion styles since they first had to help keep the farms running, and are good for riding and chores. When the weather is bad (and it usually is in the spring and even into the summer months), you can get fashion wellies – Wellington boots or women's rain boots constructed from thick rubber with heavy rubber soles to keep out the rain.
Suede boots
When it comes to dress boots, the women's suede boot will go with everything, comes in colours other than brown or black, and different lengths give you a lot of choices when shopping for the perfect boot to go with that new outfit. Be sure you get the scotch guard to go with it to preserve suede, which is more delicate then leather. Spray clean new boots liberally as per directions to keep them looking nice all year long.
Plus size boots
For plus sizes, boots are typically passed over when shopping for women's fashion because the calf is cut too thin, but now women's wide calf boots are available for the full figured women to wear with all of those fashions as well.
